HONOLULU Magazine articles by Joshua Duvauchelle

Looking for more writing samples? I've also written for Island Scene and Mars' Hill, among other publications.

I had the great privilege of winning a highly-competitive Society of Professional Journalists (SPJ) internship at HONOLULU during the summer of 2007. This full-time, paid internship gave me a chance to transfer my classroom journalism experience into a real-world context. I enjoyed writing various pieces for the magazine, including helping with cover stories. This was my first journalism internship, and a very rewarding one, too!

A partial list of my HONOLULU articles are listed below. Please contact me for PDFs of the original articles as they appeared in the magazine.
